1. Inlet Water Temperature Too High
Because of too high inlet water temperature, the fault code E6 will appear on the controller display. Generally, the inlet water temperature will be too hot if:
- You set the temperature to a higher position
- Defective high-temperature thermostat
How To Fix:
You can reset this error code by shutting down the unit and the shower directly. So, try it first.
Next, set the temperature to a lower setting. Press the down button on the remote control to decrease the temperature.

2. Inlet Water Flow Too Low
Due to too low inlet water flow, the unit will provide excessive hot water at the outlet. As a result, the error code E6 will appear on the display and shut down the water heater. Generally, a restricted water filter is responsible for too low water flow.
How To Fix:
First off, increase the water flow to resolve this issue.
Next, inspect the inlet water filter for blockage. Regarding this, unscrew the water inlet pipe and take out the filter. Then, clean the filter under running water.
Once you clean the filter, reinstall it. Finally, reinstall the water inlet pipe and turn on the water inlet.
3. Restart the Unit 1-2 Times
